You Never Know When You Will Need Restorative Dentistry in Jenkintown

As such, we recommend that if you damage a tooth in an accident, you visit our dental office for care.  If you have hurt other areas of your body, visit the ER for help.  If, however, your teeth were the only thing that was damaged, you should visit our office instead.  This is an important distinction to make because so many people visit the ER for dental care.  This is unwise because an ER physician is not trained in how to care for your teeth.  They are only trained in how to treat your overall body and, as such, will typically give you a prescription for medication and send you on your way.  They will never get to the root cause of what is wrong with your tooth or provide you a solution for correcting it.
